I currently serve as Executive Director and Chief Activation Officer for FLOW, a non-profit created by John Mackey, CEO of Whole Foods Market and innovative educator Michael Strong, dedicated to “liberating the entrepreneurial spirit for good.”

Through FLOW, among other things, I am producing  Peace Through Commerce, Conscious Capitalism, and Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs.

I am working on a Working for Good book, workshop, and other platforms for sharing my insights and experience in building social enterprises and campaigns, and will soon begin posting content on my Gaia wiki for feedback from the Gaia community.

Among the businesses and projects I have helped to develop or provided service to are: In Entertainment (Private Music, Yanni, Hearts of Space); in Fitness (Spinning, ChiRunning/ChiWalking); in Natural Products (Seeds of Change, Peace Cereal). I have also consulted to the National Geographic Society, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, GlobalGiving, the Esalen Institute.

I love breaking new ground and building organizations and projects from vision to reality; collaborating with passionate, intelligent people committed to excellence.
